要随着中国与非洲能源关系的深度发展,中国在非洲能源领域的合作遭遇三个层面的挑战,包括投资对象国的国家风险、国家战略层面挑战以及企业层面的挑战。能否有效应对这些挑战将决定中国非洲能源安全战略的成败。
Accompanying the deep development of energy relations between China and Africa is a challenge China is facing on three levels in energy sector cooperation in Africa,including country risk,and challenges at the national strategic level and at the enterprise level.The ability effectively to address these challenges will determine the success of China's energy security strategy in Africa.
