伊拉克石油资源丰富,探明储量在海湾国家中居第三位。伊拉克的石油生产曾长期受到战争、国际制裁和内乱等因素的影响,发展缓慢甚至倒退。近几年来伊拉克石油生产和出口有所恢复,但其石油出口通道遭遇较严重梗阻。今后三四年内,受管道政治、国内基础设施、制度政策等因素的影响,伊拉克石油出口的瓶颈问题将难获解决。不过,之后可能会有转机。中国相关石油公司需及早制订、完善并有效执行针对性预案。

Iraq's rich proven oil reserves rank No.3 among the Gulf States.Iraq's oil production has long been affected by war,international sanctions,civil strife,and other factors,causing slow development and even retrogression.Although Iraq's oil production and exports have recovered to some degree in recent years,it's suffering from ever more serious obstruction to its oil exports.In the next three or four years it will be difficult to resolve the Iraq's oil export bottleneck problem based on pipeline politics,domestic infrastructure,system policies and other factors.But it may take a favorable turn.The Chinese oil companies involved there need to improve and effectively implement targeted plans.
