中国石油中南润滑油销售分公司在中南地区的昆仑润滑油新特产品销量非常有限,市场开拓潜力较大。目前,新特产品市场开发缺少行业开发成功案例,而且存在资源保障不稳定、推广任务未落实到位等问题。建议设立新特产品奖励机制,尤其是对部分大型项目的开发设立项目奖励,以提高销售动力;同时重视钢铁行业金属加工油和电力行业KTL/EP汽轮机油的推广。
PetroChina Lubricant Co.'s Centre-South Marketing Branch has a very low sales volume of new Kunlun lubricant specialty products but big market development potential.The new specialty product market lacks industry development success stories and is beset with problems,including instability in resource protection and no defined marketing tasks.A new specialty product incentive mechanism should be established,especially incentives for large scale project development to improve the sales force,at the same time focusing on promoting metal processing oil for the steel industry and KTL/EP steam turbine oil for the power industry.
