研究了HT2 0 0 - 40 0灰铸铁的石墨长度、石墨量对铸铁力学性能的影响。结果表明 :石墨量 <15 % ,石墨长度在 5 0～ 2 0 0 μm范围内的铸铁 ,性能优良 ,加工光洁度高。

This paper researched the effect of the length and quantity of graphite on mechanical properties The results show that the properties are excellent,the smooth finish is high, when the quantity of graphite is less than 15% and the length is within 50～200 μm According to experimental data, the regressive equation is established by regression analysis.
