摘要
采用碘比色法对 10 6头青海本地黄牛的唾液淀粉酶活性进行测定。结果表明 :青海本地黄牛的唾液淀粉酶活性为 10 8.0 9IU/L ,不同地区、性别、年龄黄牛之间均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。
s:106 Qinghai native cattle were used to determinate amylase activity in salivary by means of the method of iodine colorimetric assay.The results showed that the amylase activity in salivary of Qinghai native cattle was 108.09IU/L and there was no the significant different amony the amylase activity in salivary of cattle in different region,in different age groups and sex groups(p>0.05).
