摘要
工程建设中的施工结算,是施工管理、有效控制工程投资和项目成本的一项重要工作。如何做好此项工作,避免和解决可能出现的问题及风险,此文从风险预控和风险过程控制2个方面进行论述,以期达到提高施工管理水平和有效控制工程投资及项目成本的目的。
The construction settlement in engineering construction is an important work for construction management, effective control of project investment and project cost. How to do the job, avoid and solve the possible problems and risks are discussed from the risk pre -control and risk process control in this article, in order to improve the level oi construction management and effective control of project investment and cost.
