摘要
用含不同浓度NaCl的Hoagland溶液培养 6天龄大麦幼苗 ,同时向心叶滴加 5 0 μmol/LABA (脱落酸 )和叶片饲喂14 C Glu (谷氨酸 )。结果显示 ,5 0~ 1 0 0mmol/LNaCl促进了14 C Glu向质膜蛋白掺入 ,5 0~ 2 0 0mmol/LNaCl促进了14 C Glu向液泡膜蛋白的掺入 ,其中对向根系液泡膜蛋白掺入的促进作用更显著。 5 0mmol/LNaCl对14 C Glu向叶片类囊体膜蛋白的掺入没有影响 ,超过 5 0mmol/L的NaCl则抑制掺入。 30 0mmol/L以内的NaCl对14 C Glu向根系线粒体膜蛋白掺入的影响较小。盐胁迫下 5 0 μmol/LABA可明显促进14 C Glu向质膜、液泡膜和类囊体膜蛋白的掺入 ,对向线粒体膜蛋白的掺入没有影响。蛋白酶活性随处理盐浓度的上升而上升 ,5 0
Six day old barley(Hordeum vulgare L.)seedlings were treated with Hoagland′s solution containing different NaCl concentrations,50 μmmol/L ABA(abscisic acid)in spindle leaves and spreaded L [ 14 C]glutamate on leaves.The results showed that the incorporation of 14 C glutamate into plasma membrane and tonoplast proteins was promoted in range of 50?100 mmol/L and 50?200 mmol/L NaCl, and the incorporation into root tonoplast was especially obvious.While 50 mmol/L NaCl had no effects on leave thylakoid membrane proteins,and further higher NaCl concentrations suppressed it.In the range of 300 mmol/L NaCl,the incorporation of 14 C glutamate into root mitochondria membrane proteins was nearly unchanged.Under salt stress conditions,application of 50 μmmol/L ABA increased the incorporation of 14 C glutamate into plasma membrame,tonoplast and thylakoid membrane proteins clearly,whereas it did not affect the incorparation into mitochondria membrane proteins.Protease activity raised with the increase of NaCl concentration,but 50 μmmol/L ABA application decreased it slightly.
