摘要
目前的研究生教育尤其是人文社会科学的研究生教育中,许多教师倾向于采用论文作为课程考核的主要形式,有时甚至是唯一的形式。尽管这种考核形式能够使学生得到初步的科学研究训练,促进学生充分发挥创造性以对某一问题进行较为深入的学习和研究,也有助于培养学生独立、主动、探究的学习方式,但它同时也存在一些弊端,尤其在利用不当的情况下表现得更为明显。为完善论文这种课程考核形式,以最大限度地发挥其优点与作用,克服其弊端,除采取多样化的课程考核形式外,需要限制一学期的课程论文数量,并给予较为宽松的时间;对学生的论文选题给予一定的指导;对论文标准进行严格要求;根据论文写作情况,给予学生一定的反馈。
Many teachers tend to use the thesis as the most important way, sometimes even the only way, of curriculum assessment in nowadays' postgraduate education, especially in the humanity and social sciences. This evaluation form can provide students with preliminary training of scientific research, promote students giving full play to creativity to learn and study one question deeply, and shape independent, initiative and exploring ways of learning. However, there are also some disadvantages especially when it is used improperly. It may make students ignore the systematic learning of curriculum knowledge; quality of the thesis often can't be ensured and students' learning attitude are also vulnerable to mislead under the influences of some factors, for example, if the amount of thesis in one semester is too much. In order to improve the thesis form of course evaluation to maximize its advantages, we should take diversified examination forms, restrict the amount of thesis in one term and give students a more relaxed time to finish them. Moreover, it's necessary to give some guidance to student's thesis topic choosing, be strict with the thesis standards and give students feedback based on their thesis writing.
