China National Textile and Apparel Council （CNTAC） is sending its executive delegation to attend ITMF 2013 Conference in Bregenz, Austria, with the leitmotif of Rebalancing the Power between Manufacturing and Retail, scheduled on Sept.8-10, hosted by Textile Industry Federation Austria, and LENZING AG. With its presence, China will once again host ITMF＇s annual global gathering the next year.
