摘要
分析了改变炉箅子结构的方法来增强炉箅子强度,从而使热风炉烟气温度提高到550℃成为可能,还分析了热风主管堵头盲板力、热风管道三通盲板力、联络管弯头盲板力对热风管道的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。
This article analyzes the method of changing the structure of hot stove grate and support to enhance strength. It is possible that the hot stove flue temperature was increased to 550 ℃. It also analyses the influence of the blind board force gen- erated by the blind plate of hot air pipe end, the blind board force generated by three-limb of hot air pipe, the blind board force generated by elbow of contact pipe to hot air pipe, and the corresponding improvement measures were made.
