摘要
本文从M公司的实例出发,运用精益生产的理念,从优化工艺制程、减少WIP、提升线体柔性三个方面对M公司的车间布局方案进行优化设计,并运用定量与定性相结合的评估方法对布局方案进行了评估,选择了符合精益生产理念的最优布局方案。
This research is based on a real practice in M corporation. Following the concept of lean production, we design and optimize the job shop layout with the objective of improving the process, reducing the WIP and enhancing the production flexibility. We evaluate the layout solutions with both quantitative and qualitative methods, and choose the best solution.
