摘要
带式输送机的驱动装置中驱动装置架的设计,对整个驱动装置的正常使用起着至关重要的作用。尤其是对于平行轴式的驱动装置架,由于电机、减速器的中心轴是垂直布置的,所以对于这种驱动装置架的设计存在一定的严密性,既要保证省料,又要保证强度。而我们经常使用的《DTI(IA)型带式输送机设计手册》中驱动装置架的设计存在一定的缺陷,驱动装置架分裂开的情况时有发生,为避免类似现象的发生,我们对其设计作了部分优化,以达到驱动装置架不再分裂开的目的,也为以后类似驱动装置架的设计提供了参考依据。
