摘要
手选带式输送机在现代化的生产中被广泛应用到各个领域,其设计的人性化,安全性系数显得格外重要,而且皮带机的布局灵活性比较大,要根据用户的需要结合皮带机放置的地形进行合理化的布局。这台手选带式输送机就是把本来应布置在皮带最前面的机头传动装置设计在皮带机的中间部。把各个滚筒进行改造,为满足其带速把减速机速比改小。既解决了高空维修及安装的安全隐患,又实现了手选皮带机的本质作用,结构紧凑,安全系数大大提高。
Picking belt conveyor is widely used in the various fields in modern production, its humanized design, safety coefficient appears especially important, and the layout of belt conveyor is very flexible, we should place rational layout according to the needs of the users with the terrain of belt conveyor positioned. This picking belt conveyor is to place the gearing in the middle of the belt conveyor which originally should be arranged in the front of the belt. We modify each roller, reduce the speed ratio of reduction box to meet the tape speed. That not only solves the safety concerns of high-altitude maintenance and installation, but also realizes the nature effect of picking belt conveyor, its structure is compact, and its safety factor is greatly increased.
