水资源短缺、利用率不高及水利基础设施薄弱始终是制约我区农业发展的"瓶颈"。开发利用现有水资源,发展现代高效节水农业,是缓解原州区水资源紧缺状况,发展壮大特色优势产业,有效提高农民收入,建设节水型社会的必由之路。

Shortages, low rate of utilization of water resources and water infrastructure weakness has been the ＂bottlenecks＂ of restricting the development of the agriculture in our area. Developing and using the existing water resources, developing modem and efficient water-saving agriculture is the necessary way to alleviate water resources shortage in Yuanzhou, develop and expand the characteristic advantaged industries, improve farmers＂ income, and build water-saving society.
