摘要
为提高岩巷掘进效率,采用中深孔爆破技术,但试生产时发现运输工艺制约了先进爆破技术优势的发挥。为解决这一问题,经考察学习后决定优化岩巷掘进运输工艺,并将缓冲矸石仓加入运输系统。随后于南翼三采区皮带巷掘进施工中实际应用。应用后,运输系统简化,提高了迎头除渣效率,与未优化前对比大大提高了掘进速度。
Medium-length hole blasting technology was used to improve the stone drifting efficiency. But through pilot production, it was found that the transportation technology restricted the advanced blasting technology. In order to solve this problem, after investigation and study, it was decided to improve rock drivage and transportation technology and add the buffering gangue warehouse into the transportation system. And then it was put into practical use in Nanyi 3rd mining area belt drivage construction. After the application, the transportation system was simplified and the slag removal efficiency was increased, greatly improving the drivage speed.
