加强基层医院病理科管理与医疗纠纷的防范的探讨

病理诊断是所有诊断手段中的核心,为临床诊断、手术范围、治疗方法及预后判断等提供最重要的依据,在临床医疗中起不可替代的作用。结合国内病理科的现状,找出我们病理科在日常工作中要努力防范医疗纠纷的问题进行探索。将加强流程、环节、诊断等室内质量控制方面的管理,提高医技工作者的业务素质,加强法律和服务意识,积极面对各种难题,勇担风险责任,严把质量关,提高病理诊断的准确性,作为提高病理工作质量的有效措施,把医疗事故减少到最低限度,促进病理科的整体发展。

The pathological diagnosis is the core of all the diagnostic tools, to provide the important basis for clinical diagnosis, the extent of surgery, treatment and prognosis and play the irreplaceable role in clinical care. Combined with the current situation of domestic Pathology, we explored the prevention of the problem of medical malpractice in routine work; to strengthen the management of quality control, including process, links, diagnosis, to improve the professional quality of medical technicians, to strengthen legal and service awareness, to strict quality control and to improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis, as effective measures to improve the quality of pathological work. Medical malpractice will be reduced to the minimum, to promote the overall development of the Department of Pathology.
