SWOT Analysis of Agricultural Science and Technology Service in Western Universities:Taking Ningxia University for Example

用SWOT分析方法,对宁夏大学农业科技的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了系统分析。在学校发展、人才培养、地理气候环境和宁夏地区国家发展规划等方面进行了深入阐述。提出了宁夏沿黄经济区国家战略和教育部"一省一校"政策契机下,实现国家在地方的经济发展规划与自身农业科技实力的协同发展的建议。

SWOT analysis method is used to systematically analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Ningxia University agricultural science and technology. This paper made in-depth elaboration on the school development, personnel training, geographical and climatic environment and Ningxia national development planning and other aspects, and proposed the advice of achieving the joint development of national economic development planning at the local area and their own agricultural science and technology strength under the ＂one province, one school＂ policy opportunity of national strategy and the Ministry of Education in Ningxia Yanhuang economic zone.
