浅谈如何做好高职生的顶岗实习指导

How to Do Field Work Instruction of Higher Vocational Students

随着社会的发展及对人才的需求,高职生的顶岗实习,越来越成为人才培养的一个重要环节。顶岗实习的好坏不仅关系到高职培养的人才能否与用人单位"零"距离对接,还关系到高职教育的可持续发展。因此,顶岗实习质量对社会、对学校、对企业、对学生都关系重大,这就要求学校、指导老师、学生、用人单位,一起努力,达到共赢!接下来笔者从三个方面谈一下自己看法,希望能够抛砖引玉。

With the development of the society and the demand for talents, field work becomes an important part of talent training in higher vocational college. Field work is not only related to the zero distance docking with employer, but also related to the sustainable development of higher vocational education. Field work, therefore, is significant to the society, to the school, to the enterprise, and to the students. It needs schools, guiding teacher, student, employer to work together for achieving win-win situation. The author talks about her own view from three aspects.
