摘要
目的 为了客观、真实地反映鼻尖侧方形态 ,以便为整形美容外科手术设计及相关研究提供指导与参考。方法 采用鼻尖圆弧弦为参考线 ,并重新定义了鼻尖角、鼻小柱角、鼻唇角的概念。通过数字成像的方法 ,对 2 0 2名汉族男女青年的外鼻进行拍照 ,运用计算机辅助进行鼻尖角度和弦长的非接触测量与分析。结果 鼻尖侧方的 3个角度无性别差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而鼻尖圆弧弦长度则有非常显著的性别差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 鼻尖侧方形态存在着性别差异 ,主要在于鼻尖圆弧弦长度而不在于 3个角度。由于本测量的设计与方法较从前更为科学与客观 ,故可认定其结果实用可信。
Objective To present the pattern of lateral nasus objectively and realistically, and to provide the surgeons in their design of plastic surgery and relative research with the helpful direction and reference. Methods We defined again the concepts of the angles of lateral nasal tip via adopting the reference line and infralobular chord. The parameters to be measured included pronasal angle, columella angle, nasolabial angle and the length of infralobular chord. Then the untouched computer-assisted anthropometric analyses and studies were performed on 202 young people of the Han Nationality (101 Males, 101 Females), via digital photography. Results There is no diversity in the angles of the lateral nasal tip between males and females ( P >0.05). But the length of infralobular chord ofthe male is significantly different from that of the female ( P <0.01). Conclusion Difference of lateral nasal tip between male and female lies mainly in the length of infralobular chord , not in the angles. Because the design and method of the anthropometry this time are scientific and objective than before, the results are therefore practical and reliable.
