为缓解日益严重的城市交通问题,从公共交通的轨道交通、地面常规公交和出租车三个子系统角度,提出了在项目交通影响评价中落实公交优先理念的具体策略,并结合实例,阐述了具体的实施方法,以促进公共交通的良好发展,改善城市交通现状。

In order to alleviate the increasingly serious city traffic problems, from the rail transportation of public transportation, ground conven- tional bus and taxi three subsystems, this paper put forward the specific strategies to carry out the idea of bus priority in project traffic impact as- sessment, and combining with practice, elaborated the specific implementation method, in order to promote the sound development of public transportation, improved the city traffic situation.
