基于对试油工程投资控制的关键要素进行分析,从试油作业投资的招投标管理、施工作业管理、竣工结算管理三方面阐述了试油投资控制的措施,并提出了进一步提升试油投资管理水平的建议,以供参考。

Based on the analysis on key elements of investment and control of test engineering, this paper elaborated the try oil investment and control measures from the bidding management of try oil investment, construction operation management, completion settlement management three aspects, and put forward suggestions to further enhance the management level of try oil investment, for reference.
