Combining with the reality of construction site, this paper made comprehensive analysis on cost management key points of early con- struction, mid-construction and project settlement phase, pointed out that only to grasp the cost management principle of construction site, im- proved the cost management effect of construction site, to ensured the cost management of whole project to meet practical needs.
