摘要
从工程建设项目的现场管理入手,介绍了施工项目成本管理的基本概念和主要原则,并制定了具体的施工项目成本管理方法,以期实现项目成本的有效管理,提升项目成本管理水平。
From the field management of construction projects, this paper introduced the basic concept and main principles of cost management of construction project, and formulated specific cost management methods of construction project, in order to realize the effective management of pro- ject cost, enhanced the cost management level of project.
