摘要
栉孔扇贝 ,分别注射硒多糖和酵母聚糖后 ,采用生化方法 ,于 1、15和 30 h分别测定了栉孔扇贝血清和血细胞中两种可清除自由基的抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)和过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)的活力。结果表明 ,注射硒多糖后 ,血清中 SOD活力在 1h和 30 h时及血细胞中 SOD活力在 1h时均为实验组显著高于对照组 :血清中 CAT活力在 1、15和 30 h时、血细胞中 CAT活力在 30 h时 ,实验组显著高于对照组。注射酵母聚糖后 ,血清中 SOD活力均为实验组高于对照组 ,但仅在 30 h时差异显著 ,血清和血细胞中 CAT活力除了血清 1h时外均为实验组显著高于对照组。说明硒多糖和酵母聚糖对栉孔扇贝血淋巴中 SOD和 CAT的活力均有增强作用。
Two kinds of antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)to participate in the immune defence in the haemolymph of Chlamys farreri were assayed at 1,15 and 30h after injection with Seleno polysaccharide or zymosan.The results were as follow.After injection with Seleno polysaccharide,the SOD activities of experimental groups were much higher than that of control groups at 1h and 30h in serum or at 1h in [HJ5:2]haemocytes.The CAT activities of experimental groups were much higher than that of control groups at 1,15 and 30h in serum or at 30h in haemocytes .After injection with zymosan,the SOD activities of experimental groups in serum were much higher than that of control groups only at 30h.The CAT activities of experimental groups in serum and haemocytes were much higher than that of cotrol groups except the group in serum at 1h.It was suggested that Seleno polysaccharide and zymosan could stimulate and enhence the activities of SOD and CAT in serum and haemocytes of Chlamys farreri.
