摘要
目的 :从整体水平阐明组织局部血管紧张素 ( Ang )水平对内皮素 ( ET)产生的影响。方法 :以同龄正常血压大鼠 ( WKY)为正常对照 ,观察卡托普利饮水给药〔10 0 m g/ ( kg· d)〕12周对 14周龄及 2 6周龄自发性高血压大鼠 ( SHR)血浆、左心室和主动脉组织 ET水平及 ET、ETA受体 m RNA基因表达的影响。结果 :卡托普利对 SHR血浆 ET水平无显著影响 ,但左心室和主动脉组织局部 ET水平及 ET、ETA受体 m RNA基因表达均显著降低。结论 :SHR左心室和主动脉组织局部 Ang 产生抑制能减少组织局部 ET的水平 。
Objective:To determine the action of tissue AngⅡ levels on endothelin (ET) system.Method:Our present study observed the effect of ACEI Captopril on plasma ET levels and ET concentractions,ET,ETA receptor mRNA gene expressions in left ventricular and aortic tissues of 14 week and 26 week SHR,which were given captopril in their drinking water at a dose of 100 mg/kg per day for 12 weeks and compared with age matched WKY rats.Result:Captopril did not reduce plasma ET levels, but ET concentracons,ET,ETA receptor mRNA gene expressions in left ventricular and aortic tissues were significantly inhibited by Captopril.Conclusion:Through inhibiting ET system,captopril may play a role in reducing blood pressure and regressing cardiac hypertrophy.
