平湖市农村地区成年人群高血压知晓、治疗和控制现状及影响因素调查

The status of awareness, treatment and control and influencing factors of hypertensive adult population in rural areas of Pinghu city

目的调查平湖市农村地区成年人群高血压知晓、治疗和控制现状及影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样调查法对平湖市6个乡镇4575人进行调查,收集资料并进行体格检查,分析高血压患病率、知晓、治疗和控制现状及不同人群知晓、治疗和控制率,分析知晓、治疗和控制率影响因素。结果高血压粗患病率为24.31%,标化率为22.19%,知晓率为43.62%,治疗率为38.22%,控制率为9.89%。知晓率主要影响因素为性别、年龄、教育程度和家族史(P<0.05),治疗率主要影响因素为性别、教育程度、体重、家族史(P<0.05),控制率主要影响因素为性别、教育程度、吸烟、体重及高盐饮食(P<0.05)。结论平湖市农村地区成年人群高血压患病率较高,知晓、治疗和控制率亟待提高,性别、年龄、教育程度、生活习惯、体重及家族史是主要的影响因素。

Objective To investigate the status of awareness, treatment and control and influencing factors of hypertensive adult population in rural areas of Pinghu City. Methods A stratified random sampling survey carried out the Pinghu six townships in 4575 people survey to collect data and physical examination, analysis of the prevalence of hypertension awareness, treatment and the control situation, awareness, treatment and control rates and different groups of people, analyzed influencing factors the of awareness, treatment and control. Results The prevalence of hypertension was 24.31%, awareness rate was 43.62%, treatment rate was 38.22%, control rate was 9.89%. The main factors of awareness rate were gender, age, educational level and family history （P〈0.05）; the main factors of treatment rate were gender, education, weight, family history （P〈0.05）; the main factors of control rate were gender, education, smoking, weight and high-sah diet （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The awareness, treatment and control rate of hypertensive aduh population in rural areas of Pinghu City should be improved; gender, age, education level, lifestyle, weight and family history are the main factors.
