308nm激光联合胡椒碱在白癜风动物模型中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨308 nm激光联合胡椒碱对豚鼠表皮中黑素细胞的影响,观察联合疗法对实验动物的安全性和疗效。方法豚鼠背部分别以联合疗法组、308 nm激光组、胡椒碱组、阳性对照组及空白对照组作用。5周后对不同观察组脱色区皮肤进行色素生成肉眼观察和皮肤活检。观察治疗前后病理切片中黑素颗粒的改变及黑素细胞数目。结果治疗5周后,肉眼观察除空白对照组外,4组均能促进豚鼠皮肤色素沉着。联合治疗组多巴阳性黑素细胞数及黑素颗粒均较其他3组不同程度增多(P<0.05),与阳性对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 308 nm激光联合胡椒碱对豚鼠背部皮肤有明显增色作用,具有促进黑素增值和黑素合成的功能。 Objective To study the effects of 308nm excimer laser combination with piperine on the melanocytes of guinea pigs epidem, in order to provide observing the efficacy and security for treating vitiligo. Methods The skin of the back of guinea pigs were treated at different groups of the combination therapy group, the 308 nm excimer laser group, the piperine group, the positive control group and the control group. Then the biopsy specimens and visually observed were taken from the treated and controded back skin. The number of melanocytes and melania content index were measured after 5 weeks. Results Guinea pigs skin pigmentation could be promoted visually in 4 different groups excepted the control group. The number of melanocytes and melanin granule in the epidemal basal layer of the guinea pigs increased at different degree in the combination therapy group than that of other groups (P 〈 0.05). There were not statistically differences between the positive control group and the combination therapy group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The result of study showes that the combination of 308 nm excimer laser with piperine promote the proliferation of melanocytes and synthesis of melania in the skin of guinea pigs.
