腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术后吻合口瘘的危险因素

Risk factors of postoperational stomal leak after laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy

目的分析腹腔镜直肠癌根治术后发生吻合口瘘的相关因素。方法回顾性分析在我院治疗的97例直肠癌经腹腔镜根治术患者的临床资料,分析患者发生吻合口瘘的危险因素。结果单因素分析和多因素分析结果均显示患者BMI≥25 kg/m2、吻合口距肛缘距离≤5 cm、手术时间≥270 min是发生术后吻合口瘘的危险因素。结论 BMI≥25 kg/m2、吻合口距肛缘距离≤5 cm、手术时间≥270 min是发生术后吻合口瘘的危险因素。

Objective To discuss risk factors of postoperational stomal leak after laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy. Methods Retrospective analyzed clinical data of 97 cases treated by laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy. Risk factors of postoperational stomal leak were analyzed. Results Of single factor analysis and multiple-factor analysis showed BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2, distance of tumor from the anal verge ≤ 5 cm, time of operation ≥ 270 min were risk factors of postoperational stomal leak. Conclusion BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2, distance of tumor from the anal verge ≤ 5 cm, time of operation ≥ 270 min are risk factors of postoperational stoma1 leak.
