个性化护理干预对膀胱肿瘤患者术后化疗依从性的影响

Postoperative chemotherapy compliance analysis of personalized care intervention on patients with bladder neoplasms

目的探讨个性化护理干预对膀胱肿瘤患者术后化疗依从性的效果。方法随机抽样选取86例膀胱肿瘤患者分为常规组和对照组,常规组进行正常化的常规护理治疗,对照组则给予个性化护理干预,分析两组患者的术后化疗依从性。结果通过护理后,对照组的依从率为90.70%(39/43),而常规组的依从率仅仅只有74.42%(32/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预对膀胱肿瘤患者术后化疗依从性的提高效果是十分明确的,能够有效地帮助患者积极配合治疗,从而达到理想的治疗效果,是应该被重视的医学课题之一。

Objective To study postoperative chemotherapy compliance effect of personalized care intervention on patients who suffered from bladder neoplasms. Methods A total of 86 bladder cancer patients in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects, and were divided into routine group and control group. Routine group were given normally routine nursing treatment; Control group were given personalized care intervention. The postoperative chemotherapy compliance of patients in two groups were analyzed. Results The compliance rate of control group after receiving nursing was 90.70% （39/43）, and the compliance rate of routine group was only 74.42% （32/43）. The differ- ence was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The improved effect of postoperative chemotherapy compliance of personalized nursing intervention on bladder cancer patients is very good, and personalized nursing intervention can effectively help patients to actively follow treatment, so as to achieve the ideal treatment effect. And it is one of the medical subjects which should be paid attention to.
