腹腔镜技术在泌尿系肿瘤治疗过程中的应用

Application of peritoneal laparoscopic technology for urological cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜下泌尿系肿瘤手术的安全性和疗效及预后情况。方法回顾性分析我院2002年11月～2012年11月间249例泌尿系肿瘤患者腹腔镜治疗的资料,并与同期133例常规手术作比较,探讨腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿系肿瘤的安全性和有效性。结果腹腔镜手术成功率高达98%,其中中转开腹手术仅2例;腹腔镜手术的手术时间、术中出血量、恢复时间及术后并发症发生率均明显小于传统手术(P<0.05);腹腔镜手术较常规手术术后生存率高。结论腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系肿瘤创伤小,并发症少,患者术后恢复快。

Objective To summarize the experiences of peritoneal laparoscopic surgery on urological cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of urinary tract cancer patients with laparoscopic treatment （249 eases）in our hospital in November 2002 to November 2012,compared with conventional surgery （133 cases）,explored effectiveness and safety of laparoscopy treatment urinary tract tumors. Results Laparoseopic operation success rate was high as 98%,and only 2 cases converted to open operation;laparoscopic surgery＇s surgical time,blood loss,recovery time and postoperative complications were less than traditional surgery significantly （P 〈 0.05）;the live rate of laparoseopic surgery＇s was higher than the traditional surgery. Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery shows less trauma and complication, better postoperative discomfort-ability and quicker recovery.
