摘要
目的观察转化糖注射液在糖尿病产妇手术输液中的临床疗效、安全性。方法收集2003年1月～2012年1月60例糖尿病产妇手术患者,按照随机数字表随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组使用转化糖注射液,对照组用葡萄糖注射液。记录各个时段的各项生命体征监测指标以及血液检测和患者满意度等。结果通过平均动脉压、血氧饱和度、血糖及其他各项血液检查做出综合评价。研究组中评为安全和大致安全的受试者所占比例分别为90%和10%,对照组则为80%和20%;研究组在安全性方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病产妇手术中输注转化糖注射液,与目前临床中常用的葡萄糖注射液有更好的安全性,提高医疗质量和患者满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety in invert sugar injection in maternal diabetes infu- sion. Methods Collecting from Jan. 2003 to Jan. 2012, according to random number table sixty maternal diabetes surgery patients were randomly divided into research group and the control group. The research group used invert sugar injection,while the control group used glucose injection. Using quality control circle nursing record vital signs monitoring indicators of each period and the blood test and patient satisfaction, etc. Results Through the mean arterial pressure, oxygen saturation, blood sugar and blood tests to make comprehensive evaluation of other items. The research group named in safety and security as a proportion of subjects roughly 90% and 10%, respectively, and the control group was 80% and 20%. The research group was better than the control group in terms of security, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Using invert sugar injection has better security than glucose injection. which is commonly used in current clinical in the maternal diabetes surgery. Using invert sugar injection can improve the quality of medical quality and patients satisfaction.
