摘要
本文通过检索文献,分析近年来应用代谢组学手段检测到的与脑梗死相关氨基酸以及代谢通路的文章,讲述了氨基酸的代谢变化与脑梗死的相关性,发现在脑梗死产生、演变过程中产生作用或者发生异常的有7种氨基酸以及多条代谢通路,并且从分子微观层面上描述了脑梗死的发生机制,发现脑梗死机制多集中于三羧酸循环能量代谢失衡、缺血缺氧以及兴奋毒性作用。
To search and analyze articles about metabolic pathways of amino acids associated with cerebral infarction by the way of metabonomics. The association between the metabolic pathways changes of amino acids and cerebral in- farction was summarized in this article. 7 amino acids and multiple metabolic pathways were found to be associated with development and progress of cerebral infarction. The pathogenesis of cerebral infarction was described at molecu- lar micro-level and the most mechanisms of cerebral infarction are metabolism disorders of krebs citric acid cycle, cerebral ischemia, hypoxia and excitotoxicity.
