四逆散合半夏泻心汤治疗非溃疡性消化不良

Non ulcerative Dyspepsia Treated by “Sini Powder” and “Banxia Xiexin Decoction”

观察四逆散合半夏泻心汤加减治疗非溃疡性消化不良的临床疗效 ,随机分设治疗组 60例 ,吗丁啉对照组 30例 ,疗程 6周。结果 :治疗组总有效率 88 33% ,优于对照组 63 33% (P <0 0 5) ;治疗组症候群改善总有效率为 95 0 2 % ,优于对照组的 78 4 6% (P <0 0 1 )。

To observe the curative effect of “Sini Powder” and “Banxia Xiexin Decoction” in treating non ulcerative dyspepsia,patients were randomly classified into treatment group(n=60,by above medicines) and control group(n=30,by motilium).They all were treated for 6 weeks.Result showed that the total effective rate in treatment group(88 33%) was higher than in control group (63 33%)( P <0 05);that the improvement rate of symptoms in treatment group (95 02%) was higher than in control group (78 46%)( P <0 01).
