摘要
为评估益气活血、温阳利水法治疗难治性心力衰竭的作用 ,将 1 84例患者随机分为对照组 (84例 ) ,采用西药常规方法治疗 ,治疗组 1 0 0例加用益气活血、温阳利水中药治疗 ,1 0～ 1 4天为一疗程。结果 :治疗组总有效率 88 0 % ,对照组总有效率5 4 8% ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1 )。提示益气活血。
To observe the curative effect of intractable heart failure treated by enriching qi,activating blood,warming yang and promoting diuresis,184 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=84,treated by routine western medicine)and treatment group(n=100,treated by routine western medicine and additional Chinese medicine effective to enrich qi,activate blood,warm yang and promote diuresis.Result showed the total effective rates were 88 0% and 54 8% respectively in treatment and control group,with a striking difference between them(P<0 01),indicating that above method was effective against intractable heart failure.
