试论学生工作如何提升在人才培养中的贡献度——基于湖北经济学院经济学专业毕业生跟踪调查的视角

On How to Improve the Contribution of Student Affairs in Talent Cultivation: A Case Study on Economics Graduates of Hubei University of Economics

人才培养是高校的核心任务。高校的各项工作都要紧密围绕这个任务,努力提升在人才培养中的贡献度。毕业生就业状况作为衡量专业人才培养质量的重要指标历来受到学校和各个院系的高度重视。近年来,在学校招生毕业处、学工处、宣传部和团委等相关部门的大力支持下,湖北经济学院经济学系连续三年开展了毕业生跟踪调查,本文拟从毕业生跟踪调查的视角浅谈学生工作如何提升在人才培养中的贡献度。

Talent cultivation is the core task for colleges,so we should improve the contribution of college affairs in talent cultivation.The situation of graduates＇ employment is always the focus of talent cultivation,as it measures the quality of cultivation.Supported by relevant departments in our school,we made a research on economics graduates of our school,based on which,this paper discusses how to improve the contribution of student affairs in graduates＇ employment.
