提升高校青年教师教学能力的方法与途径研究——以浙江大学教师教学发展中心为例

Research on Methods and Approaches of Improving College Youth Teachers' Teaching Proficiency: A Case Study on the Center for Teachers' Teaching Development of Zhejiang University

高校教师尤其是青年教师教学能力的提高是高校教学质量的保证,也是实现高校可持续发展的关键因素。本文以浙江大学教师教学发展中心为例,具体阐述了提升青年教师教学能力的具体方法和途径,并对下一步的工作提出了几点思考。

The improvement of the teaching proficiency of college teachers,especially youth teachers,is the guarantee of college teaching quality,and the key elements of realizing colleges＇ sustainable development.Taking the Center for Teachers＇ Teaching Development of Zhejiang University for an example,this paper concretely interprets the methods and approaches of improving youth teachers＇ teaching proficiency,and proposes suggestions for further work.
