Teaching staff are of great significance to the survival and development of independent college.Moreover,it guarantees the level and characteristic of running it as well as its quality of education.This paper probes into the structure and source of teaching staff first and then analyzes the problems in their construction and management and finally comes up with the corresponding measures.
