研究生培养管理工作的探讨

Exploration of the Management of Postgraduate Cultivation

我国的学位制度确立后,研究生教育顺应改革开放大潮获得了蓬勃发展。二十多年来,国内社会、经济的发展日新月异,国际高等教育也在发生变化,而研究生教育是整个教育链的最高端,只有把最高端做好了,我国才能成为教育强国。本文就从研究生培养目标入手,笔者提出了关于研究生管理工作的几点看法。

After the establishment of the degree system in China,postgraduate education is vigorously developing in the tide of reform and opening up.For more than twenty years,domestic society and economic development have changed rapidly,and international higher education is also changing.Postgraduate education is the most high-end chain of education.Only the most high-end is ready,our country can become a powerful nation in education.From the target of postgraduate training,this paper proposes the writer＇s view on the management of postgraduate cultivation.
