地方高校港口航道与海岸工程专业建设新探

Preliminary Study on the Specialty Construction for Port,Channel and Coast Engineering in Local University

论文首先分析了目前江苏沿海港航工程的发展情况、高等教育现状及社会经济环境,从人才培养计划、实践教学内容与效果和教学手段与方法方面总结了现有港航专业培养模式的特点;其次根据淮海工学院的高校定位、区域优势及港航专业的依托学科,对现有港航专业"设计重于施工"的培养模式进行了人才培养方案、教学方法和实践环节等方面的改革,制定了"设计和施工并重"的港航专业新培养模式。新的模式体现了"厚基础、宽口径、上手快、后劲足"的培养理念,更适合于以培养应用型技术人员为主要目的的地方高校。

Firstly,it analyzes the development situation of the current port engineering,the current situation of higher education and social economic environment,and summarizes the characteristics of the existing port professional training mode from personnel training program,practice teaching content and teaching methods.Secondly,according to the university localization of Huaihai Institute of Technology,the regional advantages and relying on disciplines,the existing training model（＂design are laid more emphasis than construction＂） has been reformed.Reforms include the personnel training programs,teaching methods and practice and so on.＂Design and construction both＂ model has been developed.The new model reflects the ＂thick foundation,wide caliber,quick enough stamina＂ training concept,which is more suitable to cultivate application-oriented technical personnel for the primary purpose of local colleges and universities.
