On the Construction and Application of Experiential Approach in Management Teaching

许多学科目前都在使用体验式教学,文章通过对管理学和体验式教学特点的分析,在二者有机结合的基础上,构建出管理学体验式教学模式,指出体验式教学在管理学教学中的优势,以此提升学生的实践能力。

Currently,experiential approach has been applied to many disciplines.Through analyzing the characteristics of management and experiential approach,this paper constructs an experiential approach in management teaching based on the integration of the two,and points out the advantages of experiential approach in management teaching,aiming at improving students＇ practical ability.
