摘要
2012年9月《军队文职人员管理规定》颁布后,如何适应新形势、提高自身能力、制定职业规划、谋求长远发展成为文职人员的立足之本。本文针对文职人员现状进行了阐述,对提高自身素养的重要性进行分析,并对提高自身素养的相关措施进行了思考。
How to adapt to the new situation,improve abilities,make career planning and seeking further development has become the basis of army civil personnels.In view of the current situation of civil personnels,this paper analyzes the importance of improving their accomplishment and proposes relevant measures.
