摘要
自我国步入高等教育大众化阶段以来,高等学校逐步确立了应用型人才的培养目标,而与此目标相适应的教学团队的构建与运行问题也得到各界的高度重视。鉴于此,文章从教学团队的概念和特征出发,以应用型人才培养的特点为基石,从塑造师资梯队和搭建实践平台两个方面探讨了教学团队的构建机制,并从人才培养方案制定、目标机制、考核机制以及激励机制等方面分析了确保教学团队有效运行的机制。
Since our country has entered the stage of Higher Education, universities gradually established application-oriented talents' training objectives, and the building and operational issues of teaching team which should compatible with the objectives attracted widespread concern. So, from the concept and characteristics of teaching team and based on the features of ap- plication-oriented talents' training, the article discussed the building mechanisms of teaching team from the aspects of shap- ing teacher echelon and building practice platform, then, analyzed mechanisms to ensure the effective operation of teaching team, such as personnel training program development, targeting mechanism, assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism.
