从“真维斯楼”看大学适度商业化的边界管理

Boundary Management Analysis of Moderate Commercialization of University on the Cases of Jeanswest Building

清华大学第四教学楼被命名为"真维斯楼"在国内引起了广泛关注。其实"真维斯楼"并非个别现象,因为国内外大学大多办学经费不足。国外大学缓解财政窘境的主要措施包括涨学费、向企业募捐、通过培训和成果转让赚钱、扩大国外生源赚外汇、大学管理企业化节约经费等。在吸收国内外大学适度商业化管理经验的基础上,本文提出了大学冠名的程序自主管理策略、分类自主管理策略、进入门槛管理策略、学术独立管理策略、政府监督管理策略、舆论监督管理策略。

The fourth teaching building of Tsinghua University was named Jeanswest Building. h has caused worldwide concern. In fact, it is not individual phenomenon, because the domestic and foreign universities mostly lack of funds. The main measures foreign university to ease fiscal dilemma include rising tuition, collecting contributions from enterprises, make money from training and transfer of achievements, earning foreign exchange by expansion of foreign students, reduction of expenditures by using enterprise management and so on. Based on absorbing the experience of management from foreign universities＇ moderate commercialization, This paper presents program autonomous management strategy, classification of independent management strategy, barriers to entry management strategy, academic independence management strategy, government supervision and management strategies and public opinion supervision and man- agement strategies on University naming.
