独立后,俄罗斯的社会经济结构、文化形态、价值观念及居民生活方式发生改变,在社会经济环境的影响下,俄罗斯农村教育出现财政经费短缺、学校布局分散、师资队伍滞怠以及课程设置不合理等诸多问题,俄罗斯联邦政府为改善农村教育现状加大改革力度,对建设我国社会主义新农村背景下的农村教育具有借鉴意义。

After independence, Russia has experienced changes in social economic structure, cultural type, value and living style. Affected by social economic environment, there are many problems in rural education, so Russia has strengthened the refoma to improve the current situation of rural education, which is of certain significance to China＇s rural education.
