On Top Students' Individual Psychological Characteristics and the Education Countermeasures

摘要 在教学中,教师需要根据学生自身的特点,采用适合学生发展的教学策略,不断地促进学生的个体进步。一般我们根据学生学习的好坏,将学生分为优等生、中等生和后进生。由于优等生学生学习成绩非常地优异,自主学习能力也非常得强,教师将大部分的精力放到了中等生和后进生身上。但是教师却忽略了对优等生的关注,没有使优等生得到最优化的发展。因此,本文针对于优等生的个性心理特征及教育对策进行了具体的分析,希望通过本文的探讨,能够为相关方面的研究提供理论性的参考。 In the process of teaching, in accordance with students' own characteristics, teachers should adopt suitable teaching strategies and continue to promote students' individual progress. Generally, students are divided into top students, middle students and backward students in accordance with their learning quality. As top students are excellent in academic performanee and self-regulated in learning, teachers devoted their energies to middle and backward students. But teachers neglect top students, which is not conductive to the optimization of their development. Therefore, this paper analyzes the individual psychological characteristics and the education countermeasures of top students, hoping to provide theoretical reference for interrelated research through this study.
