相关MIMO衰落信道上正交/双正交信号的性能

Performance of Orthogonal Signals and Biorthogonal Signals in Correlated MIMO Rayleigh Fading Channels

摘要 该文推导了相关多入多出瑞利信道上采用组合发射选择合并/接收最大比合并、相干检测M进制正交/双正交信号的精确和/或近似平均误符号率闭合表达式。数值计算结果验证了M进制正交信号平均误符号率近似表达式的准确性;利用获得的平均误符号率的精确或近似闭合表达式可以研究相关瑞利衰落信道和收、发天线数对采用组合发射选择合并/接收最大比合并的M进制正交/双正交信号平均误符号率性能的影响。 The exact and /or approximate closed-form expressions for the average symbol error rate(SER) of coherent M-ary orthogonal signals(or biorthogonal signals) with combined transmit selection combining(SC) with receive maximum ratio combining(MRC) over correlated multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) Rayleigh fading channels are derived in this paper.Numerical results verify the accuracy of the approximate expressions for the average SER of M-ary orthogonal signals.The exact or approximate closed-form expressions presented above can be used to investigate the effect of correlation and the number of transmit and receive antennas on the average SER of M-ary orthogonal signals(or biorthogonal signals) with transmit SC and receive MRC,respectively.
