摘要
目的 初步探讨抑癌基因 p5 3、nm2 3、p1 6在儿童胚芽细胞肿瘤中的表达及意义。 方法 对 30例儿童胚芽细胞肿瘤石蜡标本进行免疫组织化学染色 ,观察肿瘤组织中抑癌基因 p5 3、nm2 3、p1 6的表达情况。 结果 在 30例肿瘤标本中有较高的 p5 3阳性表达率和p1 6阴性表达率 ,均达 6 3.3% (1 9/30 ) ,有约 5 0 %的病例呈nm2 3阳性表达 (1 6 /30 ) ,但三种抑癌基因的表达与发病年龄、临床分期、预后及肿瘤部位无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 儿童胚芽细胞肿瘤的发生发展可能与抑癌基因p5 3的突变和 p1
Objective To appraise the relationship between germ cell tumor in children and p53, nm23, p16 tumor suppressor genes expression. Methods To observe the expression of p53, nm23, p16 tumor suppressor genes in 30 patients with GCTs using immunohistochemical staining. Results Among the 30 cases, positive expression of p53 was found in 19 cases, positive expression of nm23 in 16 cases and negative expression of p16 in 19 cases with immunohistochemical staining GCTs tissue sections. But there was no relationship between the expression of these tumor suppressor genes and the age of disease onset, clinical staging, survival period and site of the tumor ( P >0.05).Conclusion Tumor suppressor genes p53, nm23, p16 play a possible role in the genesis and development of GCTs in infants and children.
