在应试教育的模式下,当代大学生的德育培养严重不足,极大地影响了大学生的教育质量及其以后的发展。分析了大学生德育培养的重要性及其存在的问题。大学生德育培养存在的突出问题是,成长过程中德育培养严重不足,专职的德育培养人员缺口大,而且大学生德育培养内容宽泛,难以制定有效培养模式。基于此,提出大学教师应作为大学生德育培养的重要力量,通过积极开展教学过程中大学生的德育培养工作,可有效解决大学生的德育培养问题,为新形势下高等教育培养高素质人才提供保证。

In the examinationoriented educationmodel, moral e ducation cultivation of the contemporary college students is seri ously insufficient, which is greatly influenced the development of culture quality of college students and their future. The impor tance of the students＇ moral education and its problems was ana lyzed. The prominent problems of college students＇ moral culture cultivation are that, the moral education cultivation in the growth process is serious insufficient, the gap of professional moral edu cation personnel is big, and college students＇ moral education has substantial content, which is difficult to develop effective training mode. University teachers should be an important force in devel oping college students＇ moral education, and actively carry out the moral education of college students in the teaching process, which can effectively solve the problem of cultivating students＇ moral education, and which can provide guarantee for cultivating highquality talents of higher education under the new situation.
