Experience of Head Teacher Training

本文是作者近期参加南师大班主任培训的心得体会。本次学习期间得到几位专家、教授的指导,帮助我们解决了工作中的困惑,对很多的教育理念也有了进一步认识。总体感受是:教育理念得以改变,注重实际参与,试着以学生的身份去理解学生才能收到预期的效果。管理方式变了,教育管理也更加成功。

This paper is the experience ot the recent teacher training in Nanjlng Normal University. In this training we were guided by several experts and professors, who help us to solve the confusions in practical work, and we have a further understanding of many educational philosophies. The overall feeling is that edu cation idea should change based on students＇ actual participation, and in order to receive the desired effect, we should try to con sider on students＇ side. Management has changed, so has educa tion management.
