结合院校实际情况建设动画专业实践型创作团队是动画高等教育重要的问题,创建优秀创作团队的关键并不在于如何遴选学生加入团队创作,而是取决于创作团队建立的原则和模式。组织学生团队不是在学生中拔尖子、找苗子的"选秀",而是有教无类地通过组织创作团队培养学生创作能力和团队协同能力。在创作中激发学生的潜力,展现学生个人的特长,从而因材施教。

To construct a practicebased professional animation creative team combined with actual college situations is an im portant issue of higher education. The key of constructing an out standing creative team is not how to select students, but the prin ciples and modes for the creative team. To organize student teams is not to seek topnotch students, but, to cultivate students＇ cre ative ability and cooperative ability. We should stimulate stu dents＇ potentials and manifest students＇ personal characteristics through the teaching in accordance with their aptitudes.
